The four partners of Channel 3D, have extensive experience in production of 3D imagery dating back to the 1970's when two members of our team pioneered several techniques in holography. Another partner has focused for the past 15 years on the production of unique 3D imaging systems for use in advertising, entertainment complexes, arenas and museums; causing products to float in space with full realism. In the near future we will demonstrate stunning breakthroughs in life-size 3D projection of products, people and even vehicles set in realistic scenes.
Channel 3D TV
The 3D TV is intended for promotional, branding and advertising messaging. We have taken a very high resolution commercial grade LCD and applied an optical layer to the screen. The lens material is precisely aligned to each pixel on the screen and the combination of image processing software and the lens produces a dimensional image. Existing video and live video can be presented normally on the panel. The three dimensional effect can be added to existing video, by processing the footage through propriety software to achieve projection and depth. Alternately, we can shoot new footage with a high definition 3D camera system that will produce a 3D environment projecting in front of and back into the screen.
3D Lenticular
Our Lenticular products offer unique branding opportunities as well. Enhanced 3D and animation techniques allow us to apply this imagery to premium items such as event tickets, business cards or program guides. Posters can be produced in all sizes up to 4’ x 8’, which could be placed on the side of a commercial vehicle or at a bus shelter as shown. The image interlacing process offers the ability to ‘flip’ between images, ‘zoom’ into a scene, ‘morph’ between images and even animate a short scene. Once a master graphic is produced, the same image used to print posters can be printed on premium products and now on various clothing products.
3D Wearable
We are proud to introduce, the first washable lenticular material. Now all of the benefits of dimensional promotion on hard goods, can be realized by applying lenticular decals to clothing. Dimensional decals can be attached to tee shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and jackets and the electronic weld onto the fabric is stronger than the material itself. Imagine seeing several frames from a movie come to life on a shirt, or jacket. This is a huge breakthrough for custom logowear.
3D Branding
We are working on methods to demonstrate these various products on our website, but there are limitations of what can be shown on a flat computer monitor. We will provide samples upon request.
